Playdate is knit seamlessly, from the bottom-up in soft, washable Berroco Vintage Sock (40% superwash wool, 52% extra-fine acrylic, 8% nylon) which has terrific colors and wearability.
The Playdate kit is available in six sizes that range from newborn to 4-6 years and is designed to fit with 1 inch of positive ease. The sizes listed below correspond to the actual measurement of the finished garment, so to achieve the recommended fit, please choose a size that is 1 inch larger than the child’s chest measurement.
Please note that this kit does not include needles or buttons (or hand knitted toys!) You will need US3 and US4 24” or longer circular needles and US3 and US4 DPNs (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needles at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here and DPNs here. You will also need five 14-15 mm buttons.
