Jill Zielinski’s Pure Local is a fun, oversized scarf knit on the bias with a mix of colors and textures. The knitting process is addictive, with each section giving you a chance to play with different stitch designs and color combinations, while single-ply Woolstok Light (100% Highland wool) provides plenty of drape to the finished product.
Each kit contains 6 skeins of Woolstok Light (1 skein of each color) and the pattern for Pure Local which will make one scarf approximately 19” wide by 85” long. We will purchase a copy of Pure Local for you via Ravelry, so you will automatically receive both a printed copy and an emailed PDF. Please note that this kit does not include needles. You will need a US5 24” or longer circular needle (or size needed to achieve gauge). If you don't already have the appropriate needle at home, you can shop Spun's selection of circular needles here.
